What should I know about Spring Recruitment?

Spring recruitment (also referred to as COB - "continuous open bidding") is an informal process for Panhellenic organizations to recruit new members. Unlike the fall recruitment process, spring recruitment is relatively unstructured. Chapters will individually host events and get to know PNMs in less formal, scheduled ways. Not every chapter has the same number of open spots to fill, and the chapters interact with and get to know PNMs on their own timeline. Spring recruitment "events" could be anything from a one-on-one coffee date at Starbucks to lunch or a craft night at their chapter facility, or any number of other things!

If you're ready to take the next step, click the button at the bottom of this page and complete your free registration. This registration lets chapters know that you're interested in Spring Recruitment and is required for you to receive a bid.

After registering for spring recruitment you will:

• Meet your recruitment counselor! Your Recruitment Counselor will reach out to you and act as your guide before and during the process.

• Complete the "Hazing Prevention 101" and "Fraternity & Sorority Life" modules at fsu.prevent.zone. Make sure you use your FSUID when logging in.

• Complete the Alcohol 101+ online course. You must create an account using your FSU email. https://app.alcohol101.plus/signin/fslfsu
